Return Policy

Goods once shipped will not be returned. Only in case of product defect, a replacement request can be filed.

We take pride in offering quality products. However, in case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or find any quality issues, you can exchange the product.

If any defects found in the goods, please call / write us 3 hours of the product delivered. In case of failure to do so, the product will be considered used and your request will be rejected.

Items have to be returned for exchange within 2-3days of original purchase.

When returning the product, ensure that the packaging is in new condition and not damaged.

In lieu of exchange/return of the product, the cost of the courier will be charged to the customer. However if the product needs replacement due to defect (covered under warranty terms) found, then the courier charges would be borne by INDUSTRY NEEDS
